A 60 second handstand
I want to learn how to do a 60-second handstand. There was a point in time where even just going upside down on my hands just freaked me out, and I would have blood rush into my face. I've had a long-standing goal of learning how to do a handstand, and I needed something more concrete to be able to have a goal that's like more than just "do a handstand" which is kind of wispy. So I chose a 60-second handstand. Some of the things I've run into are that I don't have proper shoulder extension, so I don't have full range of motion on my shoulders, and so I've had to improve that and I'm continuing to improve that. I also have been searching for handstand tutorials. I've found two people that are really useful. I bought a program from a guy named Matthew I. Smith, and I'll put a link to that. He has a handstand course, and then there's another guy I think named Eduardo. I'll put a link to him, and he has had some interesting stuff that I've incorporated in my training. I do it as part of my workout in the morning, and I'm probably spending 15 minutes, probably 5 times a week.
